Who you are contracting with
A1 Pharmacy Ltd, registered number CS-000000000, tax ID C0000000000. Registered pharmacy premises PH-0000.
Sale of medicines
Pharmacy (P) medicines are sold under the supervision of a registered pharmacist. We may contact you with questions before we dispatch, and we may decline a sale. Refusing is sometimes the correct clinical decision, and we will explain why if it happens.
Quantity limits on some medicines are set by law, not by us. Where a limit applies it is shown on the product page, and we cannot exceed it by splitting an order across transactions.
Age restrictions
Some products carry a minimum age. We may ask for proof of age on delivery or collection, and the courier may refuse to hand over an order without it.
Prices and payment
Prices include TIN where it applies. Most medicines are zero-rated. We take payment when the order is dispatched, not when it is placed.
Delivery
- Free delivery on orders over $300; otherwise $25.
- Free delivery locally, usually next working day.
- Collection from the counter, generally the same day if ordered before 16:00.
- Schedule 2 and 3 controlled drugs must be collected in person with photographic identification.
Returns
You have 14 days to change your mind about most items. Medicines are the exception: once they have left the pharmacy we cannot accept them back, resell them, or refund them unless they are faulty or we have sent the wrong thing. This is a legal requirement about the safety of the medicines supply chain, not a shop policy we chose.
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, tell us within 30 days and we will replace it or refund it in full, including postage.
Liability
Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Information on this site is general and does not replace advice from a healthcare professional who knows your history.
